Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working Days from the date of dispatch.

£3.50 for all orders under £35.00, Evri or 2nd Class Royal Mail.
Any orders for the UK over £35 will receive FREE Evri or 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery.
Free delivery on post codes BS48 and BS21. (Nailsea, Backwell, Tickenham, Wraxall, Flaxbourton)
If your order is over 2KG it will be sent via courier.
Evri/ Royal Mail (Courier Company) delivery times are indicative, and are normally not guaranteed. However, if you order has not arrived by the standard shipping time, do let us know! We will only be able to refund or resend your order after the order will be declared lost by our Courier Company. This is usually after 15 working days for domestic orders, and after 25 working days for international orders.

We have stopped sending paper invoices with orders but if you would like one sent via email then please let us know.
We REUSE our Suppliers filler material so it can be variable, e.g. bubble wrap, shredded paper, these can contain plastic. We can assure you that this packaging has been reused. The "RE" is a good prefix for protecting our planet. REuse, REthink, REload, REpair is some examples.

R E T U R N S
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you find fault with any item or if you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for approval to return or exchange or fill out our Return Forms.
How to return your products after we confirmed you are eligible for it.
To return the products, you need to dispatch and we will send a link with you can print it in an Evri collection point and simply send us to back.
If you're returning a product to be exchanged please note that, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will need to dispatch it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the goods and delivery charge if there was any.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Non-faulty items
If the goods are not faulty and you wish to return them you must let us know the reason you are returning the item. We pride ourselves on accurate images and description but if you are unhappy with any product and feel it is not as described please inform us.
We can not accept return on the following items:

- Facial Oils
- Body butters
- Lotion bars
- Deodorants
- All product which can be opened and touch it.
Personalised goods are not eligible for our return and exchange policy.

Although we are happy to listen the reason why you would like to send it back and consider the refund case by case on items which are on the "can not accept" list also.
You will need inform us and despatch it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then refund you the full price of the item(s) providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Delivery cost is not refund when unwanted items are sent back.
It is your responsibility that we get the product back so we can suggest the tracking version of sending.
